This was one of those rare projects where the budget estimation was accurate and the timeline to completion was stellar.

@Kevin Cespedes You may want to reach out to your lender (or a couple different lenders) directly to speak about your specific situation that would be your best answer, in addition make sure the numbers on the deal you're buying are stellar if you're goin to pull out the equity from another property for the purchase

@Austin Kessler -  If you do decide to do OOS investing, I highly recommend focusing on finding a stellar property manager as the main member on your team.

I don't know if it's the PM or the property, so I'm hoping to see if anyone has a stellar recommendation at this price point. 

Now I have a place to enjoy with family and a stellar investment.

We had stellar credit, tons of reserves, just W2 income at the time, like textbook borrowers and NF still couldn't get it done lol.

Intelligent people can normally decipher a retaliatory/bitter review from those that are legitimate, especially if the business/owner has a consistent record of providing stellar service.Truth is, we can't please everyone, and we're going to cross paths with those who try, but can't get over on us.
