Hi all! I have a client who is looking to purchase a single-family home in Florida that she plans on utilizing as an STR. She is having trouble finding agents and is primarily looking for a place in Panama City, the Emerald Coast, or Destin. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!

 Thanks @Matt "Roar" Gardner, a lot of great agents out here but if she is looking for a great market with strong growth in average daily rates and a single family homes near the water PCB is the place to be. I would love to jump on zoom and go over the returns we are seeing
