Request Money From A Guest, Without The Fear Of A Bad Review

🙌 Here's a trick you can use to avoid getting a bad review when you request money from your Airbnb guest that damaged your property.

💯 Wait 14 days to request money from the guest.

🤓 Why 14 days? Because that's the amount of time they have to leave you a review.

🔥🔥 So once you request money on the 14th day at the last possible second, they won't be able to retaliate with a bad review.

I personally like to address issues head on when they are discovered. My guests have owned up to any issues the few times it has happened and paid for any damages. I did not get a bad review as I was open and honest when the issue was discovered.
