I grew up in real estate as well, you can definitely say it runs in my blood. 

It is always easier to ask the tough questions in a relaxed, calm environment, than before time where seconds matter most..Fire Department:Fire, flood, blood, heat or hot water.

Two sayings come to mind: "don't throw good money after bad" and "you can't get blood from a stone."

@Kenny Charles - happy to recommend some folks, but why focus on NJ when you are NYC based and there is "blood in the streets" right now?

My 1/2 acre property has a Meyer lemon, a kumquat, a satsuma mandarin, lime, apple, a blood orange, a valencia orange, a yellow peach, a hass avocado, and my favorite shrubs (blueberries!!!!!!). 

often tenants call for lead if a kid tests high for lead when a blood test is done. 

Also research how much time you will spend with the paperwork, are they going to ask you to verify your blood type, its a joke but some lenders will bombard with never ending paperwork requests.

If you need some quick cash maybe sell some blood plasma!

You don't have to worry about your other customers or employees if someone with high blood pressure comes into your restaurant or store or lives in you apartment.
