@Shaun Wang you find a private lender to loan on a owner occupant, either they dont know what they are doing, are are just crazy, especially at those rates.

@Matt Clark , @Robert Sepulveda & Shaun Weekes are both correct when it comes to traditional lenders & SFRs up to 4 plexes.

And like @Shaun Reilly said, you aren't bringing anything to the table.To be a good wholesaler you have to bring properties to your buyers that they can't get on the MLS.
