You cannot replicate what took a local team years to learn.Live where you like but invest where you can make money.

Probably will not be able to replicate that in a few years.As far as purchasing another property, potentially go for it. 

We've had a lot of success and I got my RE license to help with our own investment and also help others replicate what we've done in Winston Salem. 

Because there are newbies on BP who look to these kind of posts and feel they're inadequate...or who go and dive into dangerous deals in hopes of replicating this and end up getting scammed.If it's too good to be true,it probably is.I'm not a hater,I just like being the gentle voice of reason/caution in the midst of rabid euphoria.If it's a real deal,more power to him.But we don't know that until he gets back on his own thread and provides some meat on the bone.

Thats why I'm slowing down my spending waiting for better opportunities to come.Cash is also a position.those market conditions are going to be hard to replicate.. maybe something else will causes massive devaluation of real estate ..
