Hey @John FriendasI have purchased 4 of my Co-Living (rent by room) properties with DSCR, 1 of them within the last few months.Not that I necessarily recommend this, but there are short-term-rental DSCR products.

I would recommend that you don't ignore it; repair the drywall, monitor it and see if the drywall cracks in the same locations again.

I personally would recommend the last method.

I HIGHLY recommend them. 

The best way to get through the door with subs is a recommendation/connection from someone they respect.
