I already follow the Rocky Mountain Institute which is a company that promotes sustainability, with a special focus on profitable innovations for energy and resource efficiency... so it seems like your organization is right up my alley!

I just don't see too much excitement, selling, or promoting of the podcast.

I have a couple people here that call me when rates come down or they have a promotion, etc.

Being part of the remodeling industry, I tend to feel that if a contractor offers free estimates, perhaps they are going through a promotion or simply put, they are lacking jobs.
