I think that I'd lease option it out to someone and if it sold, it would be due to them exercising their purchase option.

The sale has closed but the seller agreed to pay for the eviction, including the costs of the constable to physically move the tenant if it comes to it.Take all of this into consideration before agreeing to purchase if it is the middle of an eviction.

I haven't done it yet but I think you can go get them at a physical office.... but I wanted to see if anyone has some info on what some of the indicators mean that I'm seeing.For example, on two of them it comes up with a Tax Status of exempt.

If so, I would send the HOA a letter stating where they dropped the ball, and demand the full amount refunded or you'll exercise your right to go to small claims court and get double your deposit back.Hope this works out for you!
