Retail & office spaces will have to reinvent themselves/repurpose their use, the momentum investors are driving market sectors like tech through the roof, people are moving from stocks to gold and silver, or real estate, which then leads to market analysts posting all sorts of mixed messages about best strategies for growth and preservation.

I also agree with everyone else in regards to building a team, it takes time and you'll likely have to weed through some people that aren't a good fit for your goals but you'll definitely builds momentum the longer you work in an area.

This property has been a good investment so far and I feel like I have some momentum but I would like to do a similar type deal in a year but not wait for two.

The technical term is momentum chasing.

How do people get around this when they are building momentum without getting discouraged?

But, when ya factor in the education and potential momentum it can build....perhaps that's worth leaving a bit more in?

Of course every town has it’s good and bad neighborhoods but what market would you suggest for a newbie to just get his first deal to get the momentum going?
