Looking to Start OOS REI

Hi BP!

I'm fairly new to BP and was told to check this out from a client of mine. I've been wanting to purchase a investment property for some time and started leaning towards Columbus OH as I began looking for opportunities. I live in Sacramento CA so this would be a long distance. Anyone have advice on how/where to start networking to try and take action since I'm out of state?

Best Regards,

-Scott

I know a lot of people from your area that you are buying in Columbus, Ohio. I would recommend setting up your Core 4. The core 4 is David Greene’s strategy for long-distance and made up of a realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender. Once you have this team in place, you should be able to confidently invest in any market.
