Wholesaling Philadelphia During this Pandemic

I just started wholesaling in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas and then Covid-19 hit. I am trying to decide if I should still send out marketing? Are there any local investors still sending out marketing? Are people still looking for wholesale deals in this climate?

@Marcus Franklin you posed some great questions. The key to consistently finding good deals, is consistent marketing. If you're not marketing, then you're not talking to sellers. There are still people out there buying. There may just be fewer of them and they're looking for bigger discounts due to the uncertainty in the market. If you're serious about wholesaling, keep the marketing ON.
