If a wholesaler brings you a good deal & the numbers work, who cares how much he is making. its goes to each individuals moral and ethics.. and then you think of the seller is your mother or father.. how would you feel if they sold their 100k home that could easily be put on the market for 50k and the wholesaler ripped a 50k fee..

I won't describe here all of the things things he saw on the tape but it did involve drug use and people relieving themselves in the stair wells, as well as a romantic relationship with an employee and tenant.I will try to summarize the positive experiences of my months as a leasing agent.I did learn a lot about property management software,entering payments on time, and keeping up moral in the community by hosting monthly parties.

So for any outsider reading this, moral of the story is limit claims in lines 14 and 15, repairs and supplies, and make your DTI look better for loan purposes.
