We met a lady at one of the houses we were looking at, and she was so grateful that the current landlord/seller for giving her a chance b/c she used to be homeless and is now working at becoming a teacher, she actually got a loan and paid for a new roof, and to have the bathroom floor fixed-- both stuff completely shocked me!!! 

It's an older lady that moved out after her husband passed away.

I just hired a lady now too to do my direct mail, $10/hr but I had to drop it to $5 cuz I can't afford the training required, which I've stipulated can only work if she can get it by so many hrs(30-50) otherwise she'd have to wait til I get someone on the kitchen/baths to get decent pay or continue going to the labor pool and she's living on a friend's couch and just told me on her way out if she can't figure it out she's going to -I don't even want to say it.

I rent a small 1 bed/1 bath unit to a young lady who moved from out of state. 

The lady across the street from me is planning to sell her home come Fall, I told her to contact me before she puts it on the market and she agreed.Now I ran the numbers, checked rents in the area, and calculated my ROI.

The Rabi purchased a smaller for the area, older home from an old lady. 

The lady is interested in seller financing and the house a 5 bed 5 bath that is split up into four different units.
