Currently saving up for my next one now.My dream of financial freedom is alive and well and I wont stop until I reach it.  

If you just do it "when you want to" it may not come as easy to you, but realize that real estate offers financial freedom.

This is my first post, I been thinking on helping people to achieve financial freedom for quite some time now.

The state is in a recession right now (though the medical/healthcare industry which you are in is doing great) so that means job loss and population decline.

My roommate was interested in financial freedom so figured it wouldnt hurt to go with him and see if i can gain something out of it. 

I've finally dove into the quest of financial freedom by house hacking.

I'm sure like most of us on here we want financial freedom that our 40 hour a week counterparts wish to have as well.

I'm actively looking for a Mentor and would love to help that someone anyway I can to make our relationship a winning one for both.Don't quite know what else to say other then thanks for reading, talk to you soon and I look forward for our journey to financial freedom and greatness!

I just don't see a 10%+ reduction in overall prices in Nashville in the near future, short of skyrocketing interest rates or the complete nationalization of health care.
