Clearly that statement doesn't make sense, and the answer is going to depend on whether you're trying to generate a product or a sum.By the way, while you probably know this Bryan, others may not get the distinction...the reason I chose that analogy above is that arithmetic mean is an attempt to determine the answer to the question: "If all quantities had equal value, what would that specific value have to be in order to achieve the same sum?"

I'll say, considering that BiggerPockets was an unknown quantity to me before this, shilling out $250 bucks (I was late to register but thanks to Marty Boardman's video clips I found out about it in time) seemed a bit on the risky side.

If you do, you have to factorin some of the issues with how the refrigerant changemight affect ongoing maintenance costs.The trick is that the old refrigerant is no longer made in the same quantities (or maybe at all) and to chargethe old units is going to cost you a ton should someone snip it and the freon leak out.Also, I'm not sure how two unit systems work.

The turnkeys are usually unlisted to the public and are done in such large quantities that everything can be done cheaper than individuals can do it, so they can sell them cheaper giving you higher returns.Don't fall into the trap of listening to people to require they be the landlords, do the rehabs themselves, etc.

thanks Clay Huber for your reply.I've come across a few posts where i've inferred that when offers are made in high quantity (i.e., 250 offers in one week), it's what I've heard from other local investors: the rehab is estimated into the numbers and an offer made, site unseen - with an inspection contingency.how effective the offer is, i'm sure, is a different story.
