If you did maybe you could get them to drive by it and take some pictures for you so you can see what they are talking about.You could also call the local hardware stores (not the big box shops) and ask them who they would recommend to do the work for you.

Thats like our proof for being a Veteran and on some occasion i have got away on 1-2 tickets but that was not my intention to use it that way, i just happen to open my wallet and the officer just happen to see it and let me go.
