Otherwise it wont drain well and gurgle forever6. trap required under sink and under tub. period.If you have walls all open and handy, change out that cast stack to plastic,,,much less problems down the road and easier to hook to and make all your problems go away.your biggest clog potential is hair from tub in galvanized pipe and where it hooks to stack.

I am a commercial real estate broker specializing in investment properties.On all my listings there are always buyers trying to do hair brained ideas.Generally the buyers putting forth vanilla contracts with no junk with proof of funds valid within the last 30 days gets the deal.Sellers will not take offers on a long shot financing or deal structure when stronger buyers are in line.

Hair can be considered a bio hazard in some areas.A bad haircut will not be on you but they need to carry a liability policy for the traffic in the shop.They will also have unique plumbing requirements, check with P&Z or Building Regs in your area.
