Hello, I adjust going to work with a company to handle my LLC tomorrow and it should take 7 days, but this Thursday I am going to see a property, using the gas milage and a hotel which could ne expensed.

I would put it on the same playing field as...say...a public restroom at a rural gas station... 

It's a 2br/1bath and a 4br/1.5bath and tenants pay $650 and $550 respectively... that's right, the 4br pays $550, with gas, electric, and water included!! 

Electical and gas are divided water is not. it is two bedrooms up and down. 

However we have clients who have tax liens, gas and oil rights, llamas, trees, etc. think of working within an investment group or real estate group to gain knowledge and experience.

From the photos I have seen, I believe they may have the home set up as a three family, due to three gas meters in one of the photos I saw.

I am about to break ground on the remodel of my home and am building an ADU over my garage for the same property.My question is....is it worth spending the money to separate the utilities or just have one water, electric and gas meter?
