Many sponsors of weekend events will make frequent attempts to sell you programs and coaching.

First REIA meeting I will be in so no clue what to expect but am sure and hope to meet some experienced and intellect people that would be willing to coach me a bit.

Sure beats paying someone for coaching or mentoring. 

I had become a member of the ************* Success Academy, and was talking with a coach weekly (Pretty much worthless in my opinion).

I have found that without a well knowledgeable Broker to coach you into success and the student being coach-able that making the kind of money most dream of in this business will NEVER happen!
