Real estate sales and investing
I'm a retired Industrial tech educator and wrestling coach. Currently I'm a real estate sales broker (14yrs) . I have years of exprience in new builts and total renovations. I have flipped a couple of properties and owned rentals. My goal is to flip 1-2 properties per year and build my retirement monies. Any shared experiences and heplful tips are appreciated.
