No smokers, no problems.  

If you do not have the money to start, do not be lazy, do not try to take shortcuts and just get a job, second job, 3rd job, stop buying cigarettes, coffee, beer, save every dollar you can save even if it takes you 6 months.

I honestly don't know what size we use but our cleaning team does have one that is pretty effective on tough smells, especially smokers.

.: Even if marijuana is legal, you are still allowed to forbid smoking inside, just like with cigarettes.

Hundreds of cigarette butts in the yard

I’m working on purchasing a duplex which has a 1 bedroom unit that has a noticeable cigarette smoke odor to it.

Companies like Altria (cigarettes) yield 7% in annual dividends today.

Unfortunately I just rented the downstairs unit to a smoker because he swore he never smokes inside because of his young children. 

They can make all kinds of excuses - the unit already smelled like smoke ;  the neighbor smokes not me ; the wind blows it in from next door ; I didn't see the cigarette burns during the move in inspection ; I only did it once ; somebody else left those cigarette butts outside my door, etc.
