What is your skillset or time availability, what is your network currently like and do you need to improve that?

I think there are bridge loans available for owner-occupied deals.

We're now dancing around the 6000 total single family homes available which swings up as the weekends approach and new homes hit the market and retract below 6000 homes after the weekend and homes go under contract.There was a 3.2% increase in active listings from August to September, slightly lower than the June to July increase.

Have it available to show in Jan/Feb.

And not available everywhere or to everyone.

Maybe by next year the lenders will catch up and update their guidelines to allow for what is available in the marketplace right now.
