for their 2014 tax software they pulled IMO some shady moves of moving around which features were available in differing versions of Turbotax and tried to charge a couple bogus fees when I was e-filing they had not done in the past.

Request the "official" version, from their accountant, which is filed with their tax return.Other than that, a good property inspector should point you in the right direction as far as what areas could give you problems and what capital improvements you should make to avoid things breaking up later.

Along with the income you generate there and having more freedom in your work schedule ( but make no mistake high earner Realtors work hard but for themselves).. then your in the trench's you will have deals come to you and since your financially in good shape you will be able to pounce on them as they appear and then slowly move into other versions of RE that create income like fix and flip...

They have great mountains and skiing there as well.Also I think the EB-5 visa(US version that is; not sure about Canada) limits the housing markets to only improverish.
