I've got 3 I use in southeastern PGH and one in the north.

Hello BiggerPockets Community,I'm an investor (flips & buy and holds), property manager, and real estate agent in RI, Southeastern MA, and the Boston area. 

I recently acquired an older double wide with aluminum siding.  

Does anyone have suggestions for good real estate investment CPA in southeastern MA?

I derived this number with a cap expense sheet that I bound on BP and replacing the numbers with my expected costs (higher than elsewhere) and my experienced life span (My experienced life range varied significantly from other projections: for example sliding aluminum windows I experienced a shorter life than the work sheet, similar for HVACs.

Is it sheet-rock + 2x4, aluminum windows; brick + tile roof?

I personally replace old knob and tube & aluminum wiring with new copper wiring, and replace old galvanized water piping whether it's required by code or not.If construction is not permitted, will we have problems selling?

This is actually why Ford tried the cast aluminum truck beds, they were trying to combat the rot, but cast aluminum is just too breakable for a work truck. 

In general, the Northwestern part of the Borough is pretty nice and Southeastern is not as nice.
