What are some great online sources for landlords and tenants. I would like to be able to collect rental payments online, accept repair requests, etc.

If go so far as to say you don't need any office hours at all but instead could manage it quite well with an online portal, call center and contracted "boots on the ground" to handle the minimal onsite physical tasks.

Any real estate agents in this area that could possibly help to set me up on a MLS portal would be great.
