The only caution with vinyl is the potential for rocks to put holes in it from mowing/snow-blowing and for grills to melt it - if you allow grills.

They are all made of wood with grills and are painted shut (you can open but will knock loose some paint).

You could be grilled analytically at a big shop and expect decent pay to work at fund or Reit.

Not surprisingly the courts expect landlords to thoroughly screen applicants and in the event a applicant turns out to be a bad tenant it is the landlords responsibility.Continue grilling the landlord with specific questions and if they refuse to provide answers inform them that you will make the assumption they were a bad tenant and you will not accept their application.
