@Kyle Souza A couple quick and fast tips on qualifying for multifamily loans are having enough experience in the eye's of the lender, a 1.3X DSCR (using lender underwriting..not broker's underwriting), and a net worth equal to or greater than your loan size.

I inquired with Launch and they are a broker, not a lender. 

Customer reviews are always helpful, but this is another tool in your belt for vetting companies.

Except their customer service is only through email.

There are a lot of opportunities to keep it full while negating the full time management/customer service aspect.

Hi @Albert Aitov,For starters, i would recommend reaching out to a mortgage broker.

And of course one can Own a PM company and have a designated broker in charge that is not an owner..

I used several lease templates that I found as a starting point, then created custom leases for my properties from those, and had my lawyer review them.

In your area look for a business broker and talk with them.
