If my offer is close to the "top offer," but I do not have a Buyer's agent, the Listing agent should lobby for my offer, because the Seller actually Nets MORE money.And I respectfully disagree with the concept that a Buyer's agent is "free" to me as the Buyer.

Recently attended my first REIA meeting yesterday and was excited about hearing from the speaker and that I recognized a lot of the concepts from my 2 months of study. 

- you'll probably find lots of businesses that build on that concept.

Still interested in the concept, but it will be a couple more years until we are ready for that.

My due diligence brought me to know about asset protection what was only something that I understood in concept before. 

The concept of "bad performing units" in a MF property isn't really valid.

Knowing who you're targeting and then how you go about it are very different concepts for sure.
