Sending a letter to every tenant letting them know the new hours are between 7am and 10pm out of respect to others in the building near the laundry.Also let them know they will placed on electronic timers that shut off between those hours.Also wished them a Happy Christmas while I had there attention in the letter.

who are they, where are they, do they care about the house or is it just going to be an extra christmas present for them.  

For example, found out when I was there in March for 6 month inspection that when they plugged in Christmas lights to an exterior outlet the previous November that they blew up, there was smoke, they were worried the house was going to burn down, and told me that outlet doesn’t work.

Fast forward, this comes up every christmas..

Seeing as this weekend is Christmas and I'll be busy I should be free on the 26th or 27th.

While it's not unusual that places like Lowes/Home Depot will routinely offer appliance sales at 10 to 30 percent off year round,  you'll typically find reductions at 40 percent off during Black Friday.I tend to use Lowes/Home Depot routinely for the free delivery and also because I purchase using 10 percent off coupons and gift cards as payment.Some landlords will wait until January and pick up great used appliances from craigslist (replaced with Christmas presents of new appliances) but honestly, my days of picking up and hauling appliances around are long over!

The buyer asked for an extension because it was Christmas and they needed to buy presents for whomever.
