The site simply grew up.  

Build site is a block down from my house, so I'm planning to manage myself.

Easier ways I do this are using a site like rentometer.com - which is a subscription service that provides market rents by address with comps OR using zillow and/or craigslist to see what rents are in the area/zip code.

You could actually do this on your own by going through your Secretary of State website that would save you alot of money and am sure the EIN if free on IRS site too 

The insurance company wants to fulfill its obligations to the insured, and the construction company wants to keeps its employees happy, working and retained while they travel to a job site.

I think this property is a great site to build a mixed-use space.

To market your long-term rental effectively, start by listing it on popular sites like Zillow Rental Manager, Apartments.com, and Realtor.com.

Check out Residesk—these guys are doing great things and acting as your support channel for residents so the on-site teams can focus on leasing more apartments.  

I saw on some sites that you can get this with the tax number, but I'm not sure if I can find that online or how to find that....
