Are you focusing on C class or a more blended B class approach?

A house hack is inevitably a blend of business and pleasure because you’re using your primary as a business.

I prefer the Donut Shop blend, but Columbia roast and San Francisco roast is really delicious too. 

I’ll hold my section 8’s for now as well, I like them too and I’m hoping they’re in the path of progress long term and will also be a nice blend of cash flow and appreciation eventually, just no longer buying more of them strictly for how they pencil out on paper.

The blend of the two can cloud the reality on the ground.

Hi Shane,You have almost 48 hours to do what you can vs doing what you want.Too bad you can't take 2 weeks vacation and rent a motel (vs a hotel because it gives you no comfy reasons to be there) in the area you want to invest in with a (blend in type) rental car.
