I’m about to list my remaining property.The thesis of m my investments there has been the idea that Yale and the other universities in New Haven have a vested interest in making sure New Haven is OK (or, ideally, nice), meaning that they will invest money in the community and expand their footprint to do so.

Near universities are generally good areas. 

Homes near hospitals, industry and universities do very well in this space.The neighborhood is as important as the house itself.

On top of that, you have one of the biggest and best universities in the world here with Ohio State University.

The just want a place to sleep and a warm me, and since I work in the suburbs it won't affect me.

They are fairly scattered throughout the city. 2 family properties are very prominent throughout the entire city, as there’s multiple universities and hospitals all within a few square miles.

Winston's in City schools that are worth mentioning are Wake Forest University, and Forsyth Tech Community College. 8,789 Enrolled Students at Wake Forest as of 2020 with a 91.6% full time student rate, Forsyth Tech is putting up 7,587 Enrolled Students with a 35.7% full time student rate.

We get this problem all the time when the warm water flows downward and causes the steam and smelly odor to rise.One of the most-common odor problems in bathroom is the overflow holes in bathroom sinks fill up with slimy crap and when using warm water the odor rises and is horrible.
