. - You have no recourse against an agent or PMC once you pay them for the placement and it turns out to be a terrible tenant:(If you have the time and network and post here for assistance, it's always a good idea to learn the rental business from the "ground up".Of course, one mistake can also cost you thousands of dollars.

Another work around that isn’t discussed much is working on a strategy with your insurance company to protect your other assets in the event of a claim.But also, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to consider getting the financing into your LLc name with a community bank and pulling cash out if you have substantial equity.Right now, since the loan is in your name, it shows up on your personal credit report.

For example, you are not allowed to co-mingle personal funds with plan funds or work on the property yourself.I think that cashing out an IRA to buy rentals is not a terrible idea if you can get decent returns in your market.
