I believe there are still some sketchy parts of OTR, but with things like the new MLS Stadium being constructed, I think it's safe to say there will be some major growth here in Cincinnati within the next 3-5 years.

Also, the Atlanta Braves stadium is only 5 miles away.

I think the Bronx near Yankees stadium is a better investment ..  

@Eric Andersen the easiest place to see where short terms are allowed is within 2 miles of AT&T stadium.  30 days or longer are also allowed because that is a long term rental.

I also want to say that Inglewood comes in at a close #3 simply because of all the buzz that has been generated in the media/ real estate community in regards to the new NFL stadium that is being built there which has now attracted some heavy investor/buyer interest in the area!

People allow their lawns to be parking lots around college stadiums and other events.
