FSU student investor in need of advice

I will be starting college at Florida State University in Tallahassee and I would like to get into real estate investing. I have about $10,000 saved up and I could get more capital with investments from my family. I am looking for my first deal to be a house hack and I am wondering if Tallahassee has duplexes, triplexes, and quadraplexes near the university. Also are there good opportunities for flipping, buy and hold, and wholesales in the area, which is what I am trying to focus on for my investments.
