I think Tenant Cloud is brand new, they just popped up on these boards and online it feels like a few months ago, and they are an ad driven product by the looks of it.Either way, $15 or $9, either is a spectacular deal for the time it will save you.

We also have spectacular liability insurance in the event someone wants to sue us but we also require tenants to have their own with us on the policy so we know it's coming due.  

I have been looking at sites like zillow, trulia, realtor but have not seen anything spectacular.

I'm 35, have had a couple businesses, and depending on how you want to spin it, have either had a successful life or have F*cked up spectacularly.  

then in 2000s it makes a new high at 300k or so.and now in 2010s we are making new highs.When i grew up in CA.. my parents paid 35k for their home in cupertino.. which today is probably 2.5 mil or better and its nothing spectacular 2 story 3 and 2  2200 sq ft.. 

Even BP podcast hosts talk about their initial losses due to lack of education - some of them quite spectacular.
