Tenant Cloud @ $9 VS RentecDirect @ $15?

Looking for a comparison between the two for rental property software. I just have 6 units but I'm looking to add more in a year or two.

I live an hour or two away from each property and would like maintenance requests to be organized through the software so I can just call a repair man and not have to go out there.

Most importantly, I want a way for tenants to pay online automatically that's free for them at least and cheap for me. I believe rentecdirect and tenantcloud do both. One feature I've seen that is great is automatic late fee charging.

Both have basic accounting capabilities but Rentec is most likely better with the reports you can make. But is it worth it?

Anyone have good/bad experiences with these that they can shed some light on?
