How do you market and advertise rentals to non-english speakers?

I also recommend going to the local REIA meetups like black diamond www.BlackDiamondREI.com as you can meet other investors there and they usually have a speaker thats an expert in their own niche, which could be very helpful for someone starting out.

Example my area we have NELA landlords and we meetup once a month for lunch at a catfish house, eat, guest speaker, and pick each other's brains over. 

I bought Cody Speaker the ever Investor system and added the 99.00/ month fast trac trial.

The speaker spent 90% of the time talking about how "rich" he is because he is smarter than us.  

We have a national speaker coming so it should be a good one.
