Deadbeats are breeding at an alarming rate and none of them could be evicted if having a kid would stop evictions.I'm interested to get the details on this - so let me know what you find out!

I agree the higher end homes and rentals are a different breed than Condos or older home that might be close to the seawall. 

I will admit that social programs breed an attitude of entitlement, especially in younger family members caught in economic deprivation, but most grow out of it.

The big thing is restricting "aggressive" breeds.

Must be able to provide vaccinations records, non aggressive breed, are they ok with paying higher sec dep and having $25 fee per month for having pet?

We even have to disregard our insurance companies strict breed restrictions and risk being canceled if there's ever a claim.What's everyone doing to offset the risks that are being forced upon us with this new phenomenon? 

We do have breed and size limits on the dogs.  

My real question:  Perspective tenant has service animal that is a "dangerous breed".

I also call the doctor who wrote the letter to verify that it is the correct pet (color, breed, etc).You can't charge pet fees, in North Carolina, for pets that have a medical relevance.

There is a single car detached garage on the property and I suspect this is where the spiders are breeding.
