Today has been a bit of a roller coaster of emotion.  

If it is a room or 2 I do it myself with usually a 2 inch cut in brush and a roller. 

You need to clean the concrete well before you start, but it goes on fairly easily with either a roller or paint sprayer (you will want a pro-grade sprayer with the correct nozzle for the heavier paint).

We’ve taken a nice ride up, but like all roller coasters, we will eventually find the top and rocket back down.

Overpriced properties are always going to be a bad investment for cash flow.If on the other hand your speculating on appreciation that is a entirely different animal best left to high rollers and gamblers..
