I'm hoping I came to the right place and that this site isn't called Bigger Pockets, because everyone has their hands in them.Bill I can't help but be reminded of that scene in 'Wolf on Wall Street' where Leo Di goes to his 'guys' and rounds them up, trying to recruit his boys.  

To reinforce one of his points:  do you realize that financial firms (e.g Goldman Sachs and like) HEAVILY, actively recruit engineering majors? 

Much of that time was spent in Recruiting and Retention as either a in-field Recruiter or in Leadership positions.

They did all of the leg work (developing SOPs for my business, recruited and trained the VA, and monitor the VAs work), and really felt like I had an automated workforce.

You can look at a few different travel nurse housing websites and search for your area and see what recruiters are posting for which hospitals and which nurses are looking for which hospitals.
