@Joel Nobles, I totally agree with Account Closed, The timing is a little hard right now to find a "Great/Good contractor", my best guy who became my tenant still doesn't have time to work on my projects and although I am happy for him the situation is not conducive at the moment.

I just went to Barnes and Noble and picked up the book "architectural's in visuals" and it seems to answer my request but if you have any other books that you would recommend, I will look into those as well.Lastly, I forgot to mention this as well.
