First time looking into apartment hunting
Hello,
I'm an absolute beginner to real estate investing. I've decided to take the plunge and begin to look for small unit apartment complexes out of state. (I'm in California.) Where's a good point to begin? I've tried Zillow and general googling around. Any tips and directions would help.

Hi Sam,
I'd recommend spending some time doing research. Narrow down what markets you wish to work in and then get even more specific with location- neighborhoods, counties, etc. The midwest is a great area for smaller MF investments. Happy hunting!
