I think too many beginners are trying to jump into step 7, or 8 and if they instead focused on starting with a great house-hack they could really jumpstart their journey and be able to capitalize on the momentum of their great house-hack..I hope this helps, it's still just my opinion based on my experience so take it with a grain of salt.Keep working hard!
