Looking to join or start a group that allows investors to roll play conversations in different scenarios we encounter with potential sellers.  We all know that if you can source your own deals you will always be in business, whether you wholesale, flip, buy and hold...  Interested in fine tuning your skills before you go live on calls?  Interested in accountability group to help keep your momentum?  Need that boost of encouragement when you feel like you are spinning your wheels?  That's the sort of club I envision!
