I called 5 law offices in the morning and asked them about 5 different properties that were going to auction at the end of this week.

Good morning everyone, I was wondering, if I want a property paid off in three years, and I put 20% down, should I put as much as I can monthly (I can add an extra $4,000 per month) or, should I put the $4,000 each month into a 5.8% interest rate CD, and wait until I have enough to pay off the principal cash?

Should I seek an agent who is available early in the morning, late at night, weekends included?

Pay a premium for a meal in a restaurant and learn less or make your own meal and actually retain the lessons along the way, i.e. what @Nathan G suggested.
