Despite being spread between asset classes, you've still made good progress - no regrets.Since you've already stated your next goal, focusing on MHPs and RV Parks, why not sell off some of those "estranged" assets.

Lenders will need to offset this risk with fees/interest rates so they recoup losses when those riskier borrowers default. while / because lenders can’t use medical costs to judge the credit worthiness of a borrower well, all loan costs will have to go up, to spread the risk peanut butter.

I could see this type of thing spreading into some of the cities.

Your post comes off as someone who made a very unsophisticated deal to try to make a tiny spread and wound up incurring costs and liabilities they didn't anticipate.

I am sure there social media groups as well. 

The more I get out and network and spread the word about what I’m buying the more people are starting to respond with off market deals.

Also, working with a realtor with good social media exposure can be additional free marketing for your property.
