Just look at the million dollar mansion market!

Even if Ovation goes forward all you have to do is look at the Covington riverfront with the Ascent and other highrises where there are $5,000,000 penthouses and mansions but three blocks away you can buy a $10,000 house.I'm not knocking Newport or Cincy. 

Half the mansions on our local Millionaire's Row, Shady Avenue, date from the same era. 

I bought a very famous mansion in Frederick md just over a month ago, which is also in national registry of historic places.

Those two story mini, 80% to lot size, mansions that surprised us ten years ago are now even bigger, three story units in an effort to build more square footage to make the 50x100 foot lots pay enough profit to build them out.
