Most people suggest finding an independent agent who can shop multiple carriers as the best option and that is a good idea also but know that some Indy agent's don't want investor business so I'll say it simply Indy's are great but not all Indy's want your business. 

The tenants had to have certain physical capabilities so they could manage somewhat independently. 

Some of the bigger communities will pop up first but if you scroll down a bit, you’ll be able to find some smaller/independent companies.

However, privacy concerns triumph and the fact that you have multiple independent parties sharing rented space does not mean the tenants have relinquished their privacy rights.

I would start by reaching out to independent contractors or maintenance repair companies—completely separate from your PM first before leaning towards selling.

I found that as well, (first search result iirc) but it turns out to be one guy trying to recruit mentees  as opposed to a group of independent investors like I understood a normal REIA to consist of which is more what I’d be looking for.
